Running Belt
If you are getting ready to compete in a longer distance event an accessory which seems essential is a running belt. A running belt would be practical and value for money. The belts normally have 6 elastic loop holes for your bars and gels, some belt also have a component for a running bottle. The reason for elastic loops is that the gels slide out easier and quicker for runners, so it wastes minimum time will racing.
About running belts
Some belts also have an additional pocket for keys, iPods, inhalers and any other smaller items. The pocket will have a button making sure all the personal items stay secure while running. The strap around the belt is adjustable so they can be used by anyone, no matter the size or sex. The running belts are designed to be comfortable with limited movement while running. They are also designed to add minimum weight while running. Some of the belts have reflectors this improves visibility while running in the dark.

The running belts that we stock are; Adidas belt, the hilly water belt, Nathan running belt.
The Adidas running belt has three holders for bottles each 170ml. There is a pocket in the middle of the belt this will hold any small items, and it has a zip pocket so all the items will be secure. It weighs 360 grams.
The Nathan Elite 2V belt - the belt has double removable zip pockets for any small items. It holds two 625millitre bottles and has a cord to tighten the items around the belt.
The Hilly bottle belt is perfect for someone who wants to take a hydration bottle with them. It has a zipped component area and has a cord string in the centre of the belt for the hydration bottle. The tightening of the cord will reduce movement of the bottle.
