Mizuno Running Shoes
Mizuno is a Japanese brand which is becoming increasingly popular and one of Runner’s World recommendations, especially the Mizuno Inspire. Mizuno running shoes are lightweight so you can run quicker, getting a quicker response from the floor. Mizuno trainers have a lower arch so if you have low foot arches then these are a perfect shoe for you. The cushion system that they use is a wave plate at the bottom of the heel; the shoes are well cushioned in the fore foot and the heel.
About Mizuno Shoes
The impact of running is intense this is the reason why Mizuno use a wave plate in the heel it helps reduce the amount of impact placed through the feet. Mizuno running trainers are constructed from air mesh so when running the air can come though it enables your foot to stay cool and breathable; this reduces irritation from the feet sweating. Mizuno use the VS1 cushioning structure for their shoes the benefits of this cushioning structure is that the trainers feel soft and spongy but have great shock absorption which is required for serious athletes. The Mizuno shoe’s are extremely durable they have a rubber sole which is estimated to last up to 500 miles of running. The models that we stock are the Riders, Creation, Nexus, Alchemy, Inspire and the Nirvana. Mizuno have track and x-country spikes and racing flats.
Neutral Mizuno Shoes
The neutral shoes are the rider and creation, the creation is the most expensive out of the two the reason being is that the creation has the additional cushioning. However the wave rider was given an outstanding shoe award in 2008 in a top American athletic magazine.
The Nexus and Alchemy is a mild support shoe while the Inspire and Nirvana are a moderate support; the Nirvana offers the most support out of the two.
